A fresh and fruity Bardolino made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The wine is medium bodied with notes of sour cherries, blackcurrants and a hint of spices and black pepper. Full bodies with a soft and supple tannic structure and balanced acidity capable of further ageing. This wine has long and fruity finish. A carefree, lively wine that is fruity when young but acquires complexity over the years, producing spicy tones. Serve with soups, pasta with meat or amatriciana sauces, risottos, grilled meats and young cheeses.
