Giorgio Odero is a barrique aged Pinot Nero from a careful selection of low yielding mature vines. This rich and elegant red was awarded as best Italian Pinot Noir by the Gambero Rosso guide. Aromas of wild red berries and spice are followed by an expressive palate of cherry, vanilla and orange zest and silky mouthfeel balanced by elegant tannins. Serve alongside wild mushroom risotto, veal dishes, casseroles of chicken and game birds, and mild cheeses.
