Made in the traditional `clarete` style of blending together Garnacha and Viura. The result is a pale rose with a lightly floral nose. The palate is fresh with notes of strawberries, crabapple and touch of tropical fruit produced during fermentation. The character is perfectly balanced by a pink grapefruit acidity and elegant finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with shellfish, salmon or vegetable terrine.
