Grüner Veltliner represents Austria`s unique contribution to the wine world. It is a variety that makes crisp dry white wines, combining perfume with substance. Made in stainless steel vats with a short period of lees ageing this wine has immensely fresh aromas of herbs and peach blossom which are permeated with fine mineral and peppery undertones, the fresh vibrant acidity gives the wine a crisp finish. Perfect with fresh fish, chicken schnitzel or lightly spiced dishes.
