This natural Gruner Veltliner is made without the addition of any chemicals or preservatives. The wine is aged for 2 years in stainless steel tanks before being released unfiltered. The result is a complex Gruner Veltliner, with notes of green apple, pepper, aniseed and a touch of fresh ginger. Pair with thai green curries or fish cakes with pink peppercorns.
