This organic Grenache Blanc introduces itself with explosive aromas and flavours of citrus fruit, balanced with a bright freshness. The juice was macerated on skins in steel for 24 hours which lends a lovely fullness and texture to the palate. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for a slow ferment to ensure optimal fruit expression, this is a great example of a Grenache Blanc with a profile true to the variety. Ideal as an aperitif, but also with oysters, bouillabaisse, fish on skewers or simply grilled. It will also go very well with ‘’sautées’’ shrimp, trout with almonds, fillet of sole with lemongrass.
