This wine is a testament to its terroir, grown on the elevated limestone plateau full of pebbles, the wine exudes this delightful minerality and freshness. The grapes were pressed as whole bunches for better extraction of fruit resulting in a mixture of ripe and dried fruits such as apricot. The juice is then fermented in steel with regular stirring of lees for a lovely rich texture. Aged partly in steel and part in older barrels for further fullness and richness alongside fresh fruit. Ideal with seafood, Asian dishes, or slightly aged cheeses.
