The grapes were harvested at full ripeness 23 - 24° Balling. Skin contact for 3-5 hour. After fermentation the wine was kept on the lees for 3 weeks. These wines truly form the heart of the Bon Courage Estate, identified by their elegance, consistency in quality and intense fruit flavours. Delicious when paired with spicy dishes, in particular Thai or fusion cuisine
