This interesting blend is a delicious example of the fantastic value wines of Lisboa. The grapes saw good canopy management to get a balanced ripeness in the hot sun and were then harvested a couple of weeks earlier than usual which brings the potential ABV down to 11%. Classic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and the wine stays in the steel in the following months to preserve this intense fruit profile. Ripe berry fruit flavours on the nose pleasantly leads through to a smooth, fruity palate.  Excellent with pasta, meat dishes or pairs well with vegetarian cheese dishes.
