An easy drinking wine which has delicious soft fruit flavours of raspberries and redcurrants. The wine is made from selected Portuguese Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Caladoc, Castelao and Alicante Bouschet grapes with the addition of Shiraz to add a touch of spicy complexity. This is evident from the superb balance between smooth, ripe fruit and youthful freshness. Excellent with or without food and will accompany almost any fuller flavoured dishes like roasts, barbecue meats, cheese, pasta and most vegetarian dishes.
