Made from a blend of indiginous varieties Viosinho, Rabigato and Côdega de Larinho grown between 450-650m altitude. The wine has a light yellow colour, it is made protectively for a fresh and clean style with vibrant fruit character. The nose is bursting with citrus notes such as grapefruit and stone fruit such as white peach, nectarine peel and honeysuckle. The concentrated fruit on the palate is balanced with fresh acidity and round mouth feel, leaving you with a long finish of ripe stone fruit. Perfect with fresh vegetable dishes and flaky white fish.
