Lunaria Ramoro Pinot Grigio Spumante Pet Nat

In production of the Method Ancestral wines, after whole bunches of grapes are pressed, the must is then left to ferment in steel tanks on its natural yeast until it reaches a certain sugar level to ensure the second fermentation in bottle when it becomes a sparkling wine. The wines are then aged `sur lie` with the yeasts remaining in the bottle, this gives the wine an opaque appearance. This Pinot Grigio is a salmon pink in colour due to the natural pink colour of the skins. It has expressive notes of strawberry and nectarine on the nose. The palate is lightly sparkling with notes of red berries, ripe peach, pear and a toasty finish. Serve as an aperitif or with fish and vegetarian dishes.
