The grapes are from the cool sub region of Carneros and fruit is harvested at night to retain freshness, with protective vinification in steel to create a fresh vibrant wine. The wine has aromas of pear with a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, a delightfully creamy texture is balanced with acidity, while the fruit flavours shine through including apple, lemon, and tropical notes. The finish is pleasantly persistent, with the fruit flavours lingering on the palate.
