This Portuguese white is a blend of Encruzado and Cerceal-Branco (aka Cercial) for a beautifully balanced and fresh wine that will transport you to the scenic region of Dão. The juice is fermented in cement vats and then spends 3 months in oak for a smooth and rich mouth-feel. With a bright yellow colour, the nose and palate bursts with fresh citrus notes and hints of nuts and spices which is balanced by a refreshing acidity and an elegant finish.
