Pale yellow wine with greenish reflections perfectly clean and bright. Aromatic with clear varietal notes in the form of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers (orange blossom and jasmine) and a background of freshly cut grass. The palate is fresh and bright with citrus acidity and ripe white fruit (apple and pear) with hints of bakery. Very pleasant with a good persistence and length, and the marked acidity to compliment the characters from lees ageing. Minerality and salinity on the finish. This pairs well with seafood and vegetable risotto.
