A single vineyard wine from Vial - an east sloping vineyard between Kaltern-Mitterdorf and St. Nikolaus at 500-550m above sea level. This is an elegant Pinot Bianco with an expressive nose and flavours of peach, pear and ripe apples on the palate with a distinctive, flinty minerality. A premium wine which is well-balanced with a fresh acidity and incredibly long length. Serve with seafood risottos and pasta dishes.
