An aromatic, cool climate Sauvignon from Northern Italy. This wine has a lovely ripe nose of gooseberry, white peach and grapefruit. Dry in style with a vibrant refreshing acidity, the palate has a silky mouthfeel with flavours of cut grass, citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon and ripe peaches. Very good as an aperitif or served with spring vegetables like asparagus and artichokes, the citrusy Sauvignon suits these well. Otherwise pairs well with shellfish.
