Grown on the three different soil types of Sancerre but predominantly the soft limestone `Caillottes`. This wine has intense aromas of blackcurrant leaves and citrus fruit, with an elegant steely minerality on palate. A generous texture and pacey refreshing acidity leaves a very satisfying finish. Serve with sea bass or dover sole with a lemon, caper and parsley sauce.
