This ripe Pinot Gris has a rich concentration of exotic spice, peach and melon on the palate backed by flinty mineral nuances. It is weighty with a smooth and supple mouthfeel, yet this richness is well balanced by a crisp acidity that all combines to create a beautiful wine which lingers on the palate. A particularly good match for smoked fish and charcuterie.
