Bortolotti are an established family winery who have been crafting top prosecco wines from grapes sourced exclusively from steep hillside vineyards within Valdobbiadene. This is a classic Italian sparkling wine made from the Glera grape. It is elegant, fresh and lively, with floral aromas of hedgerow blossoms and white fruits and a creamy persistent mousse. This is easy to drink and rounded with apple flavours. Prosecco Spumante is the base wine for the classic Venetian cocktails including the Bellini.
