Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the grapes are harvested at night to retain freshness. The grapes are left on their skins for up to 8 hours to extract colour and flavour before being fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is pale cherry pink in colour with notes of raspberries and pink lady apples. Well balanced with a fresh acidity and a fruity finish makes this wine very easy drinking. Best served with Canapes or with summer salads.
