Full bodied on the palate and rich with Cassis fruit flavours, a touch of oak from the 18 months spent in barrel combined with the structure thanks to the Cabernet Franc give this wine all the depth of flavour you could ask for from a Saint-Emilion.

The ripe, supple tannins make this an easy sipper by it's self but also excellent with roasted Lamb
