Early harvesting retains a good level of acidity in this Pinot Noir and avoids overipe characteristics. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to retain fresh fruit flavours, with daily punching down for soft extraction of tannins. This is a versatile and easy drinking style of Pinot Noir with vibrant cherry notes on the nose. The palate is juicy with excellent concentration and notes of cherry, plum and raspberry. Well balanced with silky tannins and a vibrant, fresh finish. Serve with grilled meats, terrines or pates or with hard cheeses.
